Delete Your Account
Use this page to request deletion of your Atlas Core account and its associated data. Atlas Core is the mobile caregiver app for the Atlas Care Software platform, operated by Atlas Labs LLC.
How to request account deletion

Submit the form below
Enter the name and email address associated with your Atlas Core account, then confirm and submit your deletion request.

We verify your identity
To protect your data, we may email you to confirm the request came from the account owner before any data is removed.

Your account and data are deleted
Once verified, we permanently delete your account and associated data within 30 days and email you when it's complete.

What data is deleted and what is kept
Deleted
- Your account profile and login credentials
- Personal contact information (name, email, phone)
- Location data captured at clock-in and clock-out
- Shift, schedule, and visit records tied to your account
- Messages and notes you created in the app
- Device and usage data linked to your account
Retained
- Records we are legally required to keep, such as care visit and payroll documentation, for the period required by law
- Limited transaction or billing records needed for tax, accounting, and audit obligations
- Anonymized or aggregated data that can no longer identify you
Retention period: Account and personal data are permanently deleted within 30 days of a verified request. Records we are legally required to retain are kept only for as long as the law requires (typically up to 7 years for care and payroll documentation), then deleted.
Note: If your Atlas Core account was created by a home care agency that employs you, some records may also be controlled by that agency under its own agreement with Atlas Care Software. For details on how we handle your information, see our Privacy Policy.
